Pricing FAQ

1. Are there any hidden fee's or charges?

No, our monthly subscription includes just about everything. Pick, Pack and Label fee’s are charged separately based on a sliding scale of parcel volume, from $4.50 for smaller volume right up to $2.30 for our highest tier. Packaging materials are charged separately as are postal/carrier costs. Alternatively we can integrate with your current carrier postal/logistics account.

2. How long does it take to integrate my store?

Generally we can have you up and running in less than 48 hours. You we will send a request for backend access to setup private app or API keys then we share that information to our Warehouse Management Software. The inventory will then feed once the stock has been received in warehouse and counted.

3. Why do you work in cubic volume?

We calculate storage in cubic volume, we feel this is the fairest and most accurate way to calculate true storage requirements. Half pallets shouldn’t be charged at a full pallet rate. So we calculate storage right down to SKU level, so as you sell one item that cubic volume is deducted from your storage inclusions, therefore you’re only paying for the products we’re storing

4. Does BAM Fulfillment support same day fulfillment?

Indeed we do! We pick, pack, label and ship your order the same day its received.

5. Does BAM Fulfillment offer eco-friendly packaging?

We are very conscious of our environmental impact and offer recycled, eco friendly mailers, boxes and tape at a very low cost of $0.50 per parcel.

6. Do I have to book a time for inbound deliveries?

No, you don’t, we’re as flexible as you are. Whilst its preferred we can definitely receive deliveries without pre-booking.

7. How do I know my stock is safe?

Our warehouse is located in a fully secure industrial park. With perimeter fencing, 24/7 CCTV and patrols you can be rest assured your stock is safe. Further our warehouse has 9 metre high ceilings that provides exceptional temperature control.

8. Can I bring my own custom branded mailers, tape and boxes?

We understand the importance of branding and encourage branded packaging materials. Further we can assist with sourcing and manufacturing of custom branded packaging solutions.

9. Do you offer B2B / Wholesale order Fulfillment Services?

Yes, we can. We offer pick, pack, and shipment of larger B2B shipments to retailers and wholesalers Australia-wide. The pricing is negotiable once we have all of the information. Feel free to reach out to our friendly staff today.

10. Can I have branded collateral including in every parcel?

We know the importance of customer engagement, yes absolutely with clear instruction there’s not a lot we can’t do 🙂

11. Do you offer International Shipping Solutions?

Yes, we have competitive rates with major providers such as Australia Post, DHL and Fedex.

12. Will I have a dedicated account manager?

Yes you will, once we sign the supply agreement we will setup a dedicated slack channel for your day to day communication and setup you up with one of our account managers

13. Do you have existing integrations?

Yes, we integrate with most e-commerce platforms and marketplaces including but not limited to; Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, Magento, Amazon, e-Bay and Groupon

14. Can you receive and unpack shipping containers?

Yes, we have the ability to drop containers in our warehouse and unpack, both palletised and floor stack. Please get in touch for an accurate quotation.
