Storage

With over 15640 cubic metres of storage, we offer flexible storage solutions for all merchandise. With 9 metre high ceilings temperature remains stable even those extreme weather days. What’s more, all plans have storage inclusions (approx 5 standard pallets) of free storage!

We have secured some of the best freight costs in the country which we can pass onto our clients. You have access to our top tier Australia Post rates or we can integrate with your account via our first class API integration. Once we fulfill and send the system automatically populates a tracking number and sends this info back to your store to notify your customer. All seamless without any work required on your side.

Pick & Pack

We provide pick and pack service, this includes labour and label cost. We can use your own custom packaging or you can use one of our many different packaging options, including eco options. Orders are processed via our cloud based warehouse management system which integrates with most out of the box e-commerce solutions such as Shopify or Big Commerce.

Returns

Unfortunately we all experience unhappy customers, we can negate this challenging process by providing a seamless return process. We accept customer returns and can put the merchandise back in stock if the stock is in sellable condition or consolidate and store for pickup when required. This gives you complete flexibility to work with those unsatisfied customers.
