Only Essential (OE), an e-commerce sales business that grew out of Australia’s lockdown to meet new market conditions.
What
They needed a procurement and distribution partner to arrange their distribution of face masks but also a procurement partner for new product lines in yoga and fitness equipment. Needed flexible subscriptions for varying orders and transparency of information exchange for order management.

Results
Only Essentials was quickly scaled from 0 to 250 parcels per day to meet new distribution needs. With the new product lines, we added volume at $5 per cubic metre per week ensuring OE was only paying for their true volume storage, not half empty pallets.
When the quantities varied, we reduced or upscaled the payment structure as needed. Through our cloud based client dashboard which offered multiple plugins based on their needs, OE received full information transparency and real time updates. All of this meant they could focus on sales and marketing, whilst our partner network looked after distribution and procurement.
